From the great experience in the Mississauga store, customizing the chosen bedroom and having a very specific bench built to hide the wifi clutter, everything went completely smoothly. There was regular communication and the delivery and setup completed the seamless process.

We ordered one custom china cabinet and a 10’ dining table from Woodcraft’s selections. They were built as specified and are beautifully crafted.

We had an excellent experience with Woodcraft Solid Wood Furniture from start to finish. Their selection of solid wood furniture offers a great balance of traditional and contemporary designs, making it easy to find pieces that fit our style. The customer service was outstanding. The team took the time to walk us through numerous design and stain options, and they were extremely accommodating when we requested design changes and custom alterations. Their flexibility and attention to detail made the entire process enjoyable. The pricing was very fair for the quality and craftsmanship of the furniture. Delivery and installation were completed exactly as scheduled, and the crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of our home. If you're looking for high-quality solid wood furniture backed by exceptional service, we highly recommend Woodcraft Solid Wood Furniture.

From our visit to the showroom to the delivery of our beautiful 60" Roxton we had a stellar experience every step of the way. We met Oliver at the showroom who was patient with our questions and gave us a much appreciated tour of the heart of the operation-the shop. This tour clinched our commitment to shop Canadian with Woodcraft. Organized, clean and surprisingly peaceful. This left us no hesitation to entrust Oliver and his team with our custom order. Every person we encountered throughout the process was efficient, friendly and helpful. Our delivery and setup with Al and Marvin went fast and smoothly. Great service from everyone. Our table is exceptional and flawless and exactly what we wanted and how we imagined it in our space. Thanks to the whole Woodcraft team! Highly recommend if you want the real deal!

Bought a dining room table, chairs and buffet from here 20 years ago. The furniture is well made and solid. Recently a worker (not Woodcraft!) in our home damaged the tabletop so we sent it for refinishing. Woodcraft carefully matched the shade of the table legs. Pick up and delivery of the table were on time and the men doing it were extremely careful. Very pleased with the refinishing job, they will be my first choice for any future needs.

A few weeks ago, I contacted Woodcraft online to design and build a custom console for our front hall. We were not finding what we wanted, and hoped to avoid purchasing a piece of furniture from the United States if we could avoid it. Oliver contacted us and scheduled a Facetime video call to discuss our proposed design. Using Facetime and walking through the Woodcraft showroom, Oliver showed us various detail elements, wood essences and finishes we could incorporate into our piece. He then sent us a design with measurements, which we marked up, and a revised version for our approval. This design phase lasted about a week. After we had paid our deposit, Woodcraft built our piece in the expected 6 to 8 weeks, as agreed, and delivered when we want to receive it. The furniture looks great, the design process was fun, and our console is exactly what we expected. I would gladly deal with Woodcraft again.

High quality solid wood dining room. Great to know manufactured right behind the showroom in Markham.

Stunning table. 10’ Solid Ash with 2 extensions (13’ total length)! We received it in less than 8 weeks. Staff were knowledgeable, delivery was seamless. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience buying our new dining room table from Woodcraft. The quality is fantastic and service is top notch. They go above and beyond to make sure you're happy. When we bought our table we chose the wrong base for our chair configuration (100% our fault). They kindly were able to swap out the base of our table without taking it from the house for a new base that is perfect. This table will see us through many years to come. 🙂 Thank you Saba and Navita!

Custom bookcases design & construction for our home library. Beautiful and top quality product. All employees from the front desk to the ones in the plant at the back ensure the customer receives complete satisfaction. Oliver, Larry, Navita and Sarah are all excellent helpful people, good listeners, and they take immediate action to resolve, to the customer satisfaction, any issue that may arise. They ensure that the customer is completely satisfied with the product ordered and delivered. A great collaborative team.”
